The company has recently invested in the development of their staff and recognises the necessity of training staff in every element of their job. With this in mind they recently put candidates through the NVQ Level 2 in Piling Operative and Piling Operator. CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland has supported Larsen Piling through this training and provided advice, guidance and Grant assistance for the achievement of these qualifications.
“Larsen Piling has always regarded staff training as paramount to the company’s success”, says Andrew Gibson from Larsen Piling. “ Capital investment in machinery combined with ongoing training ensures a professional approach in achieving the right result with our customer base. Continual training allows us piece of mind as we know our employees are qualified and trained in every aspect of their job.”

This is a common policy within Larsen Group companies as evidenced by the new £8M state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Belfast Docks operated by Larsen Building Products.
